Flyer promocional de Zelda II. The Adventure of Link (Link no Bouken) para el Famicom Disk System. Nintendo, 1987.

La secuela de The Legend of Zelda que supuestamente iba a darle un nuevo giro al estilo del juego. Lo malo es que no fue muy del agrado de los fans, y ahora se convirtió una de las ovejas negras de la franquicia.

A mi parecer no creo que sea así, ya que este es un juego que trató de innovar, de darle un nuevo y fresco enfoque al protagonista, aunque debo admitir que realmente no lo necesitaba. Pero aún así, The Adventure of Link es un juego que permanece en los corazones de quienes lo saben apreciar. Si alguna vez lograste terminarlo, seguramente debe ser todo un orgullo para ti.

Este flyer, de la versión japonesa en formato diskette cumple con su objetivo en todo sentido, específicamente gracias al mágico trabajo de arte realizado por el veterano de Nintendo, Takashi Tezuka.

abobobo: Faxanadu (Famicom). Hudson Soft, 1987. (Source: Nakoko) Oh man. I played the hell out of this game when I was a kid. It’s weird because like 10 or so years ago I remember finding an old cart for this in a sale bin for like $3. I had an old NES and not many games and I was like. I don’t know what this is, but I need it. So I begged the parentals to get it and then proceeded to beat it like 5 times in a row until the old NES finally died.
